On Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Regional School District No. 20 will be holding a referendum in Goshen, Litchfield, Morris and Warren. All eligible voters in Morris will meet at the Morris Community Hall, 3 East Street, Morris to cast their ballot. You may only vote in one Town, even if you own property in the other towns.
 
Absentee Ballots are available in person only. We can not mail you an absentee ballot. Please see the Town Clerk's office for an absentee ballot.
 
The following questions will be on the ballot. 
 
Question 1:

“Shall the fiscal year 2025-2026 budget of Regional School District No. 20, comprised of the Towns of Goshen, Litchfield, Morris and Warren, in the amount
of $43,127,907 be approved?”

YES          NO

Voters approving the resolution shall vote “Yes” and those opposing the resolution shall vote “No”.
 
Question 2:

“ Is the District Budget in the amount $43,127,907
TOO HIGH ( ) or TOO LOW ( )?”
 
Question 3:

“Shall Regional School District No. 20, comprised of the Towns of Goshen, Litchfield, Morris and Warren, appropriate $3,530,000 to pay for security upgrades, improvements to facilities and operating expenses incurred as part of
the establishment of Regional School District No. 20 and pursuant to the Plan Amendment approved by voters of the District on June 28, 2022 and authorize the
issuance of bonds or notes of the District in an amount not to exceed $3,530,000 to finance the appropriation?”

YES      NO

Voters approving the resolution shall vote “Yes” and those opposing the resolution shall
vote “No”.
